Head of Marketing Analytics

Job Description

At the moment we are in search for the Head of Marketing Analytics. A person in the position will closely cooperate with top marketing managers of the company in the domain of the marketing data supply. Digital marketing makes an integral part of the ULUD marketing strategy and marketing analytics is the No.1 thing to support efficient digital marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

  • to carry out research, collection, and analysis of the marketing data;
  • to carry out research of the market of similar goods and services (analysis of demand, consumption, competitors’ activity) and tendencies of its development;
  • to maintain databases on market indicators, market tendencies, consumption and competitors’ activity;
  • to properly document the information;
  • to control the process of conducting marketing research, to participate in the processing of the results and to prepare the result of the reports together with the brand manager;
  • to consult the ULUD staff on the interpretation of the marketing indicators used in the reports and marketing research.

Qualifications

  • BA, MS, MBA or Ph.D. degree in
  • 10+ years of similar experience at top industry related businesses;
  • Experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, ecommerce);
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C;
  • Good command of Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Business Statistics, and Analytics;
  • Proficiency in SQL and other data programming languages (Python, R, etc.);
  • Knowing how to work with the analytical software (SPSS Analytics, etc.);
  • Expertise in auxiliary software and methods to enhance work (Power Query, Business Intelligence, Google Analytics, etc.);
  • Understanding of the SMO and SMM principles;
  • Proficiency in developing A/B tests and analyzing their results;

  • Ability to explain complex ideas in simple words, structural, analytical and critical thinking, drive for improvement;
  • Organizational and analytical skills;
  • Interpersonal skills – Marketing Analytics experts often communicate with the Team, agency representatives, contractors, and competitors that is why they have to be diplomatic, enduring and obtain a natural ability to dialogize.
